I was also thinking about this. I have been playing with scanning the cards with my scanner (Hi Res), and saving them as PDF's. Put them into a folder called (example "cards"), and them put the folder into the programs section of my TP.
You can them just click on the folder, click on a PDF, and the PDF reader launches, displaying the barcode. I would love to see someone develope an app for this using the phones camera, to capture pictures, or scan the card barcodes as a pdf. It would be great if it had a clean front end that allowed you to organize the barcodes, and allowed you to launch them by store name.
