One thing I noticed with Xbutton 2.0 is that if you click "OK" it closes the app.

It considers clicking "OK" the same as closing the app, so instead of confirming ANYTHING, you are ending the application.

I use smclose.exe, the footprint on that app is ridiculously small (although it only works for closing apps and is not a Task Manager).
