It seems that this folder contains one or several files that fixes the problem. I really didn't test all the files one by one, just copied all of them to the Windows folder and problem solved.

Everytime I try and copy/overwrite the files from step two it says
"Cannon copy ______**: There has been a sharing violation. The source or destination file may be in use"
**The name of the file or png I'm trying to copy.
Any ideas anyone?
