The forthcoming Manila 2.5 will let you put program shortcuts on the Home tab, but at present I do not know of any way to do that. Also, nothing else you enable from the Today settings will appear as part of the Manila(TouchFLO3D) Home tab -- it does it's own thing on top of what else might be running.
On a separate note, how did that White Clock work for you? I posted a link in your other thread.
