Install all and then soft reset... Then, click Start>Settings>GFX Boost and make sure it is enabled...
NOTE: GFX Boost will not appear in your settings until you reset...

Nice helpful post, but if you read the OP, he stated it was on tech's starship rom, and I think that rom is really what the problem is.
