S2U2 is my preferred method on WM6.1, however, i prefer the 6.5 lockscreen when im using WM6.5. I use smartlock to enable it. Install the cab, go to start, settings, system, smartlock. Check the boxes for WM6.5 New Lock, and Suspend Lock. Soft reset. Press start, hit lock at the bottom of the screen to lock it once and make sure the lock is working. After this the lock screen should enable everytime you push the power button to turn off the screen.
