Thanks for the quick response ..I'm at work and don't have a program to take screenshots on my phone but will download one. I figured out that it was just ruskiyab black dialer that made the incoming call pic a bit bigger or moves it up, and once I removed it the pic is cool. I do like the black dialer better so will post a screenshot later, thanks once again.
