i just did my insurance claim because i got a bit of water damage on my screen.
so i was looking stuff up online to see if i could get it done free or something, but i couldnt find anything. so i went straight to sprint, and there was a link to this

and so i filled out my information and everything and they said the phone was a UT STARCOM 6850 and i was like wuut and so i googled it and it was the touch pro ofcourse, and then it said if that was the phone i wanted to replace, and then it said it had one in stock to replace so i clicked continue. then it told me my deductible was 50 bucks and i was like what??? i was happy, save 50 bucks lol
then later i went to the same sight to check the deductible from

and it said it was 100 bucks
any ideas? good way to save 50 bucks for a new to me touch pro?
