I am dealing with this as well at work. I used a POS wall charger I got on ebay for cheap and it literally works 1/7 times I plug it in. I have to flip it and move it all over a room while working for it to charge. I was thinking I fried my mini usb. Try another wall charger and see if that gives you and more information.
