Re: Keyboard doent work

i had to take mine back to sprint yesterday after 7 months of use. the lady said they are having quite a few touch pros come back with busted keyboards, said it almost always starts with duplicate key entries and then soon after dead keyboard. the way she tested was opening the keyboard and hitting caps lock and function, no lights means busted keyboard.

i have a replacement coming and she said she highly recommends adding the protection plan because it will most certainly break again most likely after the warranty is up but before the contract is up and it'd cost $150 for a replacement out of warranty.
