Need more information. Version of Windows, what error are you getting, etc etc. Most likely you just need to switch NDIS mode off and back on. To do so on MR go to Start - Settings - Connections - USB to PC. Select the Activesync option and uncheck "enable faster data syncronization". Connect your device to the PC again and see if it syncs. If so (or even if not), go back and change it back to what it was and see if it (still) works. Report back, I will be here for a while.
