You need to have HD Manila or Rhodium Manila to get the stocks tab. You can follow the links in my signature, and in one of the first few posts of my rom threads there are cabs for HD Manila. Or you can just upgrade your ROM to one that comes with HD or Rhodium Manila.
Don't forget about the rules though..
