Is there a way to check through some kind of phone diagnostic whether the actual phone hardware is faulty? I put a call in to Sprint tech support which may have helped fix the txt problem but I want to try and find out how much is my phone to eliminate anything that isn't Sprint's fault.

Thanks.
sprint store ran a hardware test on my tp for a gps issue, if your on sprint, try them.
