Do I have a bad phone radio? How can I tell?

My current, 2nd TP is a refurb. I notice that its having more calls go right to voicemail, and on-time text reception problems than the old one.

Also, it has a funny issue the old one didn't have where it refuses to allow 2 of my Bluetooth devices to work right simultaneously. (I don't know if that's related to the phone's radio though.)

Is there a way to check through some kind of phone diagnostic whether the actual phone hardware is faulty? I put a call in to Sprint tech support which may have helped fix the txt problem but I want to try and find out how much is my phone to eliminate anything that isn't Sprint's fault.

Thanks.
