Bluetooth data network hijack?

Ive got a sprint HTC touch thats been deactivated, and my friends all have the verizon motorola razr v3m with bluetooth and a data plan. I was wondering if i could connect over bluetooth my HTC touch pro to the V3m, and use it as a modem of sorts to hijack the data plan. the mapping programs on it are pretty crappy, and the one ive got for the HTC is very nice, but it would be even better if we were able to download live maps with the MGMaps program. I just need to know if this can be done while allowing the razr to not use up its minutes. Its got a data plan from verizon, and all that stuff, can browse the web and all that, but the HTC touch, while deactivated, does all this much better.
